Kristýna Potůčková, Talent & Learning Manager CZ&SK, Danone, Nutricia

Kristýna currently works as a Talent and Learning Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia for Danone Group (Danone and Nutricia company). Previously she was working in recruitment for both Czech and multinational companies in FMCG and Pharma/Medical Device industry. Kristyna has a master degree from Psychology, Economy and Culture Studies.

Přemysl Verner, Compensation & Benefits Manager CZ&SK, Danone, Nutricia

Přemysl currently works as a Compensation and Benefits Manager for The Czech Republic and Slovakia for Danone Group (Danone and Nutricia). Previously he worked as a HR Business Partner at KPMG. At this moment he studies MBA at University of Economist in Prague.

Barbora Smutná, HR Director, ATALIAN

Barbora Smutná is experienced Human Resources professional with emphasis on business and leadership, has over 15 years’ working experience within international and multicultural HR environment.

Since end of 2018 Barbora is leading Human Resources Division in ATALIAN CZ. Within her goals belong consolidations of whole HR and support processes, building of Employer Brand, proactive Internal Communication, set up employees’ Benefit and training programmes, HR digitalization and Compliance strategy align with the Group Strategy

Barbora has good track of records in Project Management, Leadership Development, HR marketing, Resourcing Staff Costs management. She is active in women mentoring and common speaker on HR events.

Johan started to work 5 years ago as Sales & customer services training manager for EMEA before to enlarge his scope. Last year he successfully completed his MBA at University of Economist in Prague.

Johan is co-founder of League5 Kids Academy and founder of Practical Coaching.

Renaud Chevalier-Cadell, General Manager Czech Republic & Slovakia, Gerflor

Renaud has 20 years of experience in international business, of which 18 years in team management
Since 2002 he has occupied several Managing Directors positions in entities manufacturing and selling high value-added products and solutions for all types of buildings, and currently works as a General Manager for Gerflor in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Having managed teams in 13 different countries until now and lived himself in 5 countries, Renaud firmly believes that cultural adaptability has become a leadership imperative.
Renaud was appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor in 2014.
