Dominique Tissier is a former board Member and VP HR Development of Michelin, who will share with us his vision of leadership !
After various operational and functional responsibilities at IBM and Aerospatiale, Dominique Tissier has been VP HR Development within the Michelin Group until 2015. In the late 1990s, he was vice-president of the National Association of Personal Directors (now ANDRH) and led the design and implementation of the World Congress of Personal Service in Paris in 2000.
In 2014, he was awarded the "Human Capital Trophy" by Le Monde / HEC for his work at Michelin, a "learning enterprise" category.
We are delighted to receive him for this inspiring meeting as part of our HR Strategy Club.
