About Mr Tissier 

Dominique Tissier is a former board Member and VP HR Development of Michelin, who will share with us his vision of leadership !

After various operational and functional responsibilities at IBM and Aerospatiale, Dominique Tissier has been VP HR Development within the Michelin Group until 2015.

In the late 1990s, he was vice-president of the National Association of Personal Directors (now ANDRH) and led the design and implementation of the World Congress of Personal Service in Paris in 2000.

In 2014, he was awarded the "Human Capital Trophy" by Le Monde / HEC for his work at Michelin, a "learning enterprise" category.

He is today

• Associate speaker at EDHEC in the framework of the Advanced Management Program and Corporate Programs

• Fellow of the Innovation and Permanent Transformation Chair

• Expert and journalist with the AEF / Arcaneo group for the construction and animation of HR, LTD, ETI, DSI congresses

• Speaker and consultant to managers and corporate management teams

• Expert apm

His fields of specialty are:

• The construction of agile companies through a "cellular" organization and adapted leadership

• Strengthening the posture, virtues and key acts of leaders

• The evolution of the governance of family businesses

• Setting up a "strategic" HR function in the digital hour
