For the last Gastro Club of 2019, we invite you to participate to a very special occasion. 

The Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and the French-Czech Chamber of commerce are working together to gather 3 great Chefs. 

We have the honor to receive the Czech Chef Radek Pálka (Executive Chef at Jan Hotels), the French Chef Jean-Paul Manzac (Executive Chef at Corinthia Hotel) and the Italian Chef Matteo De Carli (Chef at Casa De Carli restaurant)

The debate around the future of Czech cuisine, a Zero waste policy in cooking or who are the target guests of the future, will be presented by Justin Svoboda

Actor, moderator, writer and so much more, Justin is passionate about gastro, he will facilitate the debate and the questions between the protagonists and the audience.
