Workplace Inclusion for a Sustainable Europe (WISE):
This project aims to strengthen the capacity of European NGOs to promote the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workplace, to create European programs that enable LGBTQIA+ professionals to be their authentic selves at work and inspire others, and to implement initiatives (such as role models, mentoring, inclusion awards, surveys, and training) that mobilize and encourage employers across Europe to engage in activities that foster workplace equality, promote equity, diversity, and inclusion for LGBTQIA+ individuals, and effectively reduce workplace discrimination throughout Europe, thereby contributing to improved organizational performance and competitiveness.
The initial WISE project consortium includes France (L’Autre Cercle), Italy (EDGE), the Czech Republic (Pride Business Forum), Austria (Pride Biz Austria), and Germany (Berufsverband VK). However, throughout the project, since May 2024, we have integrated and welcomed all 27 members of EPBN to ensure comprehensive collective European work.
This project is primarily funded through the EU’s CERV-EQUAL program. Additional funding has been secured from private sponsors such as Orange, Legrand, Société Générale, Sephora, and Label Paris Europe.
