Morning Business Event – Safety & Prevention Leadership

The purpose of this event is to introduce the Safety & Prevention Leadership program, a unique initiative distinguished by its sports-inspired approach. This program is designed to foster leadership in safety and prevention, combining practical strategies with team-driven motivation. During the event, we will present the key milestones of the program, starting with the Trainer, who will be trained to lead and support the initiatives within their teams, and the Captain, who will be appointed to champion safety and prevention, ensuring the program’s principles are embedded in daily operations. By focusing on the program itself, we aim to provide partners with a clear understanding of its value and impact, which is the main reason for their participation.
