About Mrs Tissier 

After various operational and functional responsibilities at IBM and Aerospatiale, Dominique Tissier has been VP HR Development within the Michelin Group until 2015.

In the late 1990s, he was vice-president of the National Association of Personal Directors (now ANDRH) and led the design and implementation of the World Congress of Personal Service in Paris in 2000.

In 2014, he was awarded the "Human Capital Trophy" by Le Monde / HEC for his work at Michelin, a "learning enterprise" category.
