Martin´ s professional life is connected with SYNERGIE since 2006. In 2010 Martin became one of the SYNERGIE partners and later country manager for Slovakia. Since 2019 he has undertaken the role of managing director for both Czechia and Slovakia. He and his team prepared and executed the regional launch of SYNERGIE Group’s new progressive brand of premium recruitment: S&you - SYNERGIE.

In 2008 Martin co-founded the Slovakian branch of one of the largest global educational organizations - Toastmasters International, which he later led in the role as an Area Director until 2016. 

´ He has been active in Slovakian startup community, serving as advisor and cofounder to several ventures (www.crowdberry.eu).
