Manzac Jean-PaulExecutive Chef at Corinthia Hotel

The restaurant Corinthia Praha is headed by the well-known chef Jean-Paul Manzac, who has been in the Czech Republic for more than 20 years. His love for cooking began to show in his childhood in his native France.

Having obtained his diploma from the Lycée d'enseignement professionel (LEP culinary school), he has fully taken up the role of chef in various French restaurants from the Bordeaux coast to the Pyrenees ski resorts. From a restaurant in his native France, after a few years, he moved to a boat crossing the Caribbean islands where he learned many world cuisines.

In 1998 he was finally introduced to the Czech Republic where he worked in several hotel restaurants and also in his own restaurant Brasserie M and bistro La Boucherie and Bistrot M.

In 2017, he enriched the Corinthia Praha team as Executive Chef.
